I chose this score for several reasons, First, I felt welcomed when I walked in. Shane took his time and did a really thorough and excellent massage. And Dr. Sarah took the time to talk with me and brainstorm and even gave me a recommendation for another chiropractor that will work with my Medicare insurance. These days having personal service is almost rare. So it's refreshing to have such a good experience. When I'm ready for another massage, I'll be back to Austin Community Wellness!

Dr. Sarah was so warm and caring! The intake questionnaire and intake appt were thorough becase she cared enough to take time to listen and ask thoroughly about my history. Her approach was very holistic, and she also took scans of my body to see how my joints were functioning as I performed various movements, then gave me an adjustment. We agreed to use the activator method for my future adjustments since I experience a level of joint hypermobility. And the vibe of the office was cozy and put me at ease, including a little station by the front desk to make a cup of tea.

My experience at Austin Community Wellness (ACW) was excellent. I paid for the hour session and focused on my upper back, neck and shoulders. I'm a video producer and editor in Austin, and sometimes I play guitar and all these activities cause these area to have knots and become sore. ACW listened to my trouble areas and used some helpful techniques to smooth out my knots and helped me feel a lot better. Looking forward to coming back.

Incredible experience at my massage yesterday. Loved that they ask you where you need help, and focus on healing. Never felt like I was just a dollar, which seems to happen lately so I really appreciated that.
Shane did my massage-which was excellent
But everyone was phenomenal-even other guests!
10/10 recommend
