Ashley is an amazing practitioner and human being. We work on preventative care and chronic tension release, as I am a very active person and have dealt with postural imbalances from old injuries, etc. She takes a holistic approach to care with a mix of modalities in treatment, which I really appreciate (especially the dry needling). I truly always feel better when I leave her office, thank you so much Ashley!

Dr. Ashley is fantastic, she knows how to help you with immediate problems as well as how to work on improving pain, mobility, and strength, and of course preventing future issues. I found Dr. Ashley when I had an episode where lower back pain that always exists at a low level flared up after many years and I couldn't stand, sit or walk. My last experience with a chiropractor had not been good because all they seemed to focus on was committing me to a long-term repeat visit schedule. By contrast, Dr. Ashley is focused on helping you in the moment and enabling you to work on yourself. She is not just a chiropractor but uses a large variety of techniques, focused on getting you better so you don't need constantly go to see a doctor. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Ashley was amazing! she was knowledgeable in diagnosing my problem areas, took the time to explain how and why the treatment was going to be beneficial to recovery. I didn’t feel like just “another patient” to get in, get out, and collect. I highly recommend coming to see her!

Dr. Ashley has treated me for sports and weightlifting injuries in my lower back, hips, and now recently in my ankle after a bad sprain. With both injuries I felt immediate improvement and increased mobility after the first sessions. She really takes the time to listen to your descriptions of pain or discomfort; then she performs light testing exercises to diagnose exactly what the issue is, all while explaining what is going on in understandable terms. I've learned so much about my ankles and lower back lol. Highly recommend her for any sports injury treatment and just in general day-to-day tune ups.

I was referred to Dr. Ashley by another doctor for dry needling and I have been seeing her on an "as-needed" basis for the past year and a half. Dr. Ashley has treated me with chiropractic, dry needling, cupping, and ART. She is extremely thorough and detailed in her treatments and recommended exercises to keep me healthy and able to enjoy my daily activities and sports between visits. I can't recommend Dr. Ashley enough!
