My experience with Kapsner Chiropractic South was excellent. Dr Heath was very thorough in diagnosing my problem and recommended a treatment routine that started with an excellent adjustment . The front and back office staff were amazing as they made you feel like family. The treatments Dr Heath recommended were put into action by his staff that were obviously well trained in their specialty. I am now on my way to recovery. This is a very well run clinic.

From the moment I walked into Kapsner Chiropractic Centers, the experience was outstanding. The front desk staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, making me feel welcomed right away. Every team member showed genuine empathy and a true commitment to patient care.
Thank you to the technician who took my X-rays—he was respectful, thorough, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. His professionalism truly stood out.
And most importantly, I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Kapsner. His approach was caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He took the time to listen to me, explain everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. the only negative I have experienced is truly with my insurance, or the services not covered.
While I appreciate the cash paying option and payment plan available, it would benefit patients to pay per treatment at a more manageable cost without a large total.
it's hard out here! 😊
I am very grateful that my insurance covers what it does, and I am very pleased with my treatment to date.
Each time I walk out feeling like I'm on a cloud and week by week by pain is getting much more manageable and at some areas - gone.
I realize chiropractic care isn't a cure all - but nothing is and Kapsner is a great place to get you started on your journey.

I go to two different locations both locations has great staff. Receptionist is always nice. The Doctors seem to have great knowledge good at helping you recover. The message therapy is great. And it's great that they work with most insurance.
