I visited Dr. Matt at Lifespring Chiropractic in Austin during February 2025 after a friend's recommendation. Despite my tight schedule as an out-of-state visitor, the staff arranged my consultation, scans, and review all in one day and even recommended a comparable chiropractor in my hometown.
Dr. Matt's holistic approach impressed me immediately. He asked questions that seemed unrelated at first but enabled him to view my body as a connected system. During treatment, his careful observations led to additional questions that helped me recall forgotten physical trauma, which he then addressed with additional adjustments.
Unlike traditional chiropractic care I've experienced, Dr. Matt treated areas beyond where I felt pain, targeting root causes throughout my body. Most remarkably, his adjustments are still effective a week later, while previous treatments typically lasted only 48 hours.
What makes Dr. Matt's approach at Lifespring different is how he combines various techniques that work together. I'm genuinely impressed with the results. If you're looking for care that actually lasts and a team that really listens, Dr. Matt and his staff at Lifespring are the real deal. I wish I lived closer so I could continue treatment with them.

Lifespring Chiropractic is hands down the best! As someone who’s tried four other practices in Austin, I can confidently say this is the winner.
The team is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely takes the time to listen and provide personalized care. There are no cookie-cutter routines here — they treat each patient as an individual, which makes all the difference.
What truly sets them apart, though, is their exceptional care for kids. I brought my child in to help prevent the need for ear tubes due to recurrent ear infections, and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Brooks is incredibly gentle, patient, and knows exactly how to engage children in a calm, fun way. My child actually looks forward to his appointments, which was such a relief as a parent! Since we started, we haven’t had any ear infections, and we’ve even cancelled our ear tube appointment!
Now, my husband, child, and I all see different doctors at Lifespring (shout out to Dr. Justin, Dr. Bailey, and Dr. Brooks!), and the care is top-notch across the board. The whole team is thorough, attentive, and tailors their treatments to our individual needs. It’s been a fantastic experience for our entire family, and we’re so grateful to have found such a wonderful resource for all ages. I’ve already recommended them to several friends!

Highly, highly recommend doing an in-take. I'm a new patient to Lifespring and so impressed with their overall operation and truly, life-changing programs. Their 3-pong approach to treating my central nervous system in addition to traditional, yet innovative chiropractic care is amazing. I thought I was going in to treat torticolis and neck/back pain... yet I am getting so much more in reviving, rejuvenating, and reconnecting my brain pathways to my nervous system pathways. From the first in-take call w/ Tatum, to being welcomed and assisted by Alyssa, to beginning adjustments with Justin, they have been super informative, extremely caring, and beyond professional. I believe Justin and the program we're doing together will improve my health - physically, emotionally, and mentally - who'd a known? Lifespring folks are the Superheroes of Chiropractic and Central Nervous System Care! Kudos to the entire staff and a big Thank You!

I had been living with severe pain in my calf for a couple of months when going up the stairs, sitting down for meals, even relaxing at the end of the day in my favorite chair. I didn’t realize how much it was affecting my quality of life until I began to feel human again, thanks to Dr. Justin! The staff is so friendly and helpful, too, which has added to my overall A++++++ experience.

After treating with many chiropractors, MD’s and physical therapists, I kept going in circles as no one could comprehensively treat my neck, back, male pelvic floor, abdomen, and other issues that I didn’t even know that I had. I was depressed and frustrated and I’m so thankful that I found my way to Dr. Justin and his team. It is not an exaggeration to say that they have set my life on a new course that I frankly didn’t think they could and I certainly didn’t think they could do it this quickly. My road to recovery is starting, but please stop waiting, make your health your priority because without it everything else falls apart. I wholeheartedly trust and recommend them.
